US Shipping Options
Make sure you look at the "Ship Time" column next to the items you are ordering. If it
says "Usually 1-2 Days" or "Usually 2-4 Days" that means that we will process your order in
that time frame and get the order to UPS or the Post Office for delivery to you. The 1-2
Days or 2-4 Days are business days. This means that you should not count the weekends
when figuring ship time. You then need to add additional time for UPS or the Post Office to
get the order to you. In the contiguous U.S. UPS will take between 1 and 5 business days.
The Post Office ships the majority of items in 2 to 3 days.
If the "Ship Time" column says "Usually 1-2 Weeks" or "Usually 2-4 Weeks" then you should
plan that it may take that much time before the item is shipped to you.
If the "Ship Time" column says "Out of Stock" then we may be able to get more but if the
time frame is close to when you need the item we recommend that you NOT order it.
If the "Ship Time" column says "On Order From MFG" then this item is on order from the
manufacturer and we expect more in. Unfortunatly, we generally do not know when exactly
the item will arrive. It is usually OK to place and order for an item with this ship time
early in the season but if it is getting close to when you need it you probably should NOT
order it.
If the "Ship Time" column says "Sold Out" we recommend that you do NOT order this item as it is unlikely we will receive it this year. If you do order it we will still attempt to fill the order
but it is very unlikely we will be able to do so.
When your order ships you will receive a UPS Tracking Number or Postal Delivery onfirmation Number via email.
You can cancel your item up until it ships. However, sometimes we do not update the online tracking and send emails up to 2 days after we process your order. Even if the Order Status shows that the order has not shipped, it may have already and we can not cancel this order. We do try to keep the system as up to date as possible. Orders may NOT be canceled after they enter the shipping process.
Orders destined for the contiguous United States will be shipped via United Parcel
Service (UPS) or the US Postal Service. We will choose the best shipping option based
upon the size, weight, destination and dollar value of the order. UPS does not ship
to post office boxes.
Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or any other part of the non-contiguous
United States will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Normally orders are shipped
via Priority Mail. We can not guarentee the US Postal Service's delivery times for
these orders and suggest you consider how long other packages take to get to you.
Items which are too large for normal air and ground shipping will incur additional charges.
If you place an order for an item with a ship codes of "S" a shipping quote request will
be automatically generated. We are normally able to provide the quote in 1 to 7 business
days. The costs depends on the size and weight of the item and the destination.
International Shipping Options
Once you receive a shipping quote, your order is generally ready to go. We process the
orders as we do for the U.S. destined orders but shipping time may take longer due to the
distance. When you receive your quote, the shipping times should be listed for your
selected shipping option. Once we give the package to the International carrier, we can not
speed the shipping method up as it depends on several things especially your countries
customs department.
Orders destined for countries other than the United States will be shipped via the
US Postal Service. Multiple shipping methods are available for most countries. Express Air
Mail, Regular Air Mail and Surface Mail are available for most countries. All methods are
not offered for all countries. When you place your order a quote request will be generated
automatically. A quote of the shipping charges will be sent via email to you. We will process
quotes as quickly as possible but we can not process the quote until all items are in stock.
If you order items that are not marked as ships "Usually 1-2 Days" or "Usually 2-4 Days" it
could take very long before your quote is ready. As we can not provide the quote until we
have all items in stock and boxed for your order. When you receive the email, instructions will be included to complete the check out process.
HalloweenCloseouts.com ususally ships orders to foreign countries via the US Postal Service. However, at times some items may only be avaliable to be shipped via United Parcel Service.
Not all items we sell can be shipped internationally. Items with a ship code of "S" and
other large items are to big to ship outside the U.S.
